ABOUT REBECCA CHAPMAN

​

My name is Rebecca Chapman, I am an experienced BACP registered Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, working online with adult individual clients in the Windsor, Maidenhead and Ealing, West London areas. 

 

I am classically trained in Integrative Psychodynamic and Person Centred Therapy, and have experience and additional training within the fields of anxiety, trauma, abuse, attachment issues and Psychosynthesis counselling.

You might be feeling depressed, anxious or stressed out. You might be experiencing relationship issues, grief or loss, abuse or trauma. Any one of these issues can be painful and confusing to know how to deal with, but you needn’t deal with it alone.

​

My way of working means I do not give clients advice or answers, nor do I ‘analyse’ my clients; we work together to look at issues, and look also at past experiences so that we can start to make sense of whatever you are facing.

​

This can be challenging work at times, but this highly collaborative and relational approach can lead to real change and enhancement of your well-being, mental health and inner resourcefulness.

The counselling relationship is confidential and I abide by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy’s Ethical Framework and Code of Professional Conduct.
